Acceptable methods of payment –
Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard,
Cash, Cheque, Electronic Funds Transfer.
Deposit – a booking will only be held once a deposit of 20% is
paid.
Balance – payable 28 days prior to occupancy.
If cancelled more than 28 days prior to occupancy a full refund
will be issued (minus an administration fee of $50).
If the booking is cancelled between 14 & 28 days before occupancy
then the deposit will be forfeited.
If the booking is cancelled between 1 and 14 days before occupancy
then the full booking will be forfeited.
If the property is fully re-let all monies paid will be refunded
less an administration fee of $50.
*The bond will be refunded within 14 days of departure.
*The bond will be reduced by excessive cleaning, plumbing blockages,
theft & breakages
